  • Business Development Manager

    We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record and a passion for customer service to come and join our team in Sydney.  The right person will become part of a successful and motivated team, who put customer service first and who always deliver on our promises.
    Key responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
    1.Develop and maintain and effective pipeline
    2.Plan and carry out direct sales activities to attain new accounts in accordance with agreed sales and business plans
    3.Grow existing accounts and maximize revenue opportunities
    4.Co-ordinate and attend regular sales visits
    5.Work with overseas partners/branches to aid business development of the trade lane
    6.Respond and follow up sales inquiries and leads
    7.Align with shipping lines/airlines in order to develop a competitive product and trade lane
    8.Ensure customer expectations and SLA's are understood and exceeded
    9.Source and qualify sales leads both locally and internationally
    10.Provide weekly reporting of sales activities to General Manager
    11.Quarterly sales performance reporting to General Manager
    1.Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within the Freight forwarding Industry
    2.Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities
    3.A tenacious and resilient personality
    4.Strong relationship building skills
    5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    6.An ability to think laterally and problem solve
    7.Good presentation skills
    8.Good business and commercial knowledge
    9.Available to answer phones/emails after working hours on urgent matters
  • Ecommerce Development and Marketing Manager


    Job description:
    • Develop cross boarder eCommerce business including B2C, B2B, B2B2C and FBA fulfillment businesses in Canada, US and Mexico based on market research and competitive analytics.
    • Collaborate with local and overseas partners to build tactical product and promotion plans, to have overall strategy and objective aligned
    • Understand sales and product marketing strategies of each product group and develop unique and relevant eCommerce sales strategies for different group of products considering their different nature of business and industry
    • Work with local and overseas divisions team and leaders Initiate and support team projects and operation enhancements to pursue a long-term business growth
    • Gather all information and requirements regarding all B2C,B2B,B2B2C, FBA Fulfilllment and other eCommerce logistics sales initiatives then provide timely communications.
    • Develop short-term and long-term strategies and promotion plans to maximize B2C, B2B and B2B2C eCommerce business.
    • Monitor and analyze ecommerce logistics industry trend, traffic, area of  improvement, etc. and report on a regular basis
    • Develop and implement the company marketing strategy to ensure the development of a successful B2B,B2C,B2B2C business product line that supports the achievement of organizational goals
    • Advises on issues and opportunities related to marketing strategies and plans, including the development of new product plans.
    • Constantly monitor system site readiness and promotion executions to minimize potential customer escalation and negative impact
    • Obtain alignments & internal approvals on key activities & processes with all related parties.

    Qualifications, experience & skills:
    • Solid people management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
    • Aggressive, responsible and self-motivated
    • High EQ and can work under pressure
    • Strong leadership, good management skill, target and result focus
    • Familiar with Postal and Commercial B2C services worldwide.
